Looking behind the scenes and taking part. In research, technical, design and communication teams’ visitors of the Baylap Plastic on the site of Bayer AG in Leverkusen can actively participate. Here they find out, how a modern company works, and experience in one day the developing process of an innovative plastic product.
From the idea through to design and construction up to the production, in the modern laboratories all the steps are run through and finally produced on an injection moulding machine. Thus every visitor receives their own personal product at the end, on which they have actively participated.
